Arrival
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Please present Gift Certificates at time of check in.
Punctuality
Our scheduling of services allows the time to provide our best service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your own benefit and the benefit of other clients.
Children and Guests
The Day Spa at Hair Plus is an adult oriented atmosphere for everyone’s safety and comfort. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless a service is being provided. Companions and guests are asked to take seats in our salon reception area. They will be most comfortable there. Only spa clients and spa staff are allowed within the spa. This is for everyone’s safety and comfort. Please make the necessary arrangements so that you and other clients may completely enjoy our services.
No Smoking
To ensure a healthful environment this facility is smoke-free. To further ensure the health of our staff and clients The Day Spa at Hair Plus is equipped with a Clean Air System.

To Enjoy Your Salon And Spa Experience
As a courtesy to all clients we ask you to restrict cell phone use in the salon and note that cell phone use is not allowed in the spa.
For Your Protection
We regret we cannot be responsible for articles lost or damaged. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On your spa days, leave your jewelry at home – one less thing to worry about. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients and for your enjoyment of the spa experience, please refrain from speaking loudly and remember to turn your phone off. Prices. All prices are subject to change. Please note, hair, nail and skin service prices may vary. Services may be charged at higher rates as staff meets our professional and educational criteria. Exact quotes can be given only in person by a technician.
Appointments
For special occasions, weddings, and multiple services, credit card reservation is required to hold and confirm appointments at the time of booking. We will charge the full amount for services missed with our timely cancellations. No exceptions.
Cancellations
We would appreciate 48 hours notice.
Scheduling
We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving THE DAY SPA AT HAIR PLUS. Just ask for one of our appointment coordinators.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Each is valid for the stated service(s) and as dated. Substitution of service(s) or use after the expiration date reverts the certificate to the original value redeemable for services.
Spa Gift Packages
Credit card reservation is required to hold and confirm your package at the time of booking. Please, no service substitutions within a spa package. Lunch is available with your spa package as listed within the descriptions or with 3 spa services or more for an additional $15. Please let us know if you wish to add lunch to your spa services at the time of booking.

Tipping
A tip box is located in the reception area and is provided to eliminate extra traffic in the service areas. Tips cannot be added to charges.
